FLORINAS RED ROASTED PEPPER.
This is filet baked Florinas red peppers. It is Prepared during September and October, when the peppers ripen and obtain the appropriate color, sugars and the unique taste and aroma of crops in Western Macedonia.
The production process for the manufacture of the first stage is the selection of the most suitable pepper the organoleptic characteristics and then they are baked in flame. Then they are pealed, cleaned of seeds and put in jars filled with premium quality brine and spices.
Basic raw material is the only Florinas pepper and brine recipe that makes special highlighting the flavour and aroma.
The ingredients and preparation are based on fresh ingredients and traditional Macedonian recipe.
They can be used in salads, vegetables filled with cheese or as a flavor enhancer in various dishes of legumes and other dishes.
It is a 100% natural product at all stages of its production without preservatives or other processing components.
